Custom Development Projects – Terms Summary

By purchasing this service via Gumroad, you agree to No Code Flow’s Terms of Service for Custom Development Projects.

Projects are defined via email communication and confirmed in writing.
For small projects (under $2,000 USD): 100% upfront payment required.
For larger projects: 50% upfront deposit and 50% after delivery (due in 14 days).
No Code Flow retains all rights to reuse or integrate any code or features developed during the project into future products or client work.
Refunds are not possible once the project has started.
All payments are handled through Gumroad, which acts as the Merchant of Record for tax and billing purposes.
